Biography

Cell culture including mouse embryonic stem cells, primary human hepatocytes and human cardiac
myocytes; molecular biology techniques including isolation and analysis DNA, RNA, mi-RNA,
proteins and their complexes; apoptosis assays; immunohistochemistry and fluorescence
microscopy. I am authorized to work in the Biosafety Level 3 (BSL3) facility.
