Biography

Erin Bronstein, PT, DPT, OCS is the Assistant Director of Clinical Education and an Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Barnett College of Public Health’s Physical Therapy Department at Temple University. She is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has over 13 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Dr. Bronstein earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University and is currently completing her Master of Business Administration.

Dr. Bronstein has extensive experience in orthopedic physical therapy as well as clinical operations, value-based care, and clinical education and coordination. In these roles, she oversaw operational performance, quality metrics, key performance indicators, audit committee work, onboarding processes, residency and clinical mentorship.

Dr. Bronstein teaches across the DPT curriculum, including Healthcare Management, Integrated Clinical Experience, Introduction to Physical Therapy, and in the Musculoskeletal Management series. Her teaching interests center on leadership development, value-based care, clinical reasoning, and preparing students for the fiscal and operational responsibilities of modern physical therapy practice. She is passionate about evidence-based education, mentorship, and supporting students in developing strong clinical and professional foundations.

Dr. Bronstein’s professional interests include clinical education innovation, leadership development in healthcare, value-based care delivery models, and strategies that support high-quality, patient-centered musculoskeletal care. She maintains a strong commitment to student development, continuous learning, and excellence in both academic and clinical environments.
