Biography
Katie Donocoff, MS, CCC-SLP is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Speech-Language-Hearing Department at Temple University. She specializes in adult medical speech-language with an emphasis in head and neck cancer and voice disorders.
At Temple, Katie supervises graduate student clinicians in the university’s Speech-Language-Hearing Center and leads the Gender-Affirming Voice Clinic. She teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, including Anatomy and Physiology of the Speech and Hearing Mechanism and Dysphagia.
In addition to her academic responsibilities, Katie works PRN at Cooper University Hospital, providing specialized care to adults with dysphagia/voice disorders and those undergoing treatment for head and neck cancers.
Prior to joining Temple University, she worked as a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist at Fox Chase Cancer Center/Temple Health. In this role, she provided comprehensive care for individuals with head and neck cancer, including laryngeal voice restoration, management of treatment-related dysphagia, and instrumental assessments such as FEES, videostroboscopy, and modified barium swallow studies. She also worked within a multidisciplinary voice and swallow clinic with laryngology.
