Nicole Stilianos, director of administration and operations in the Office of Community Impact and Civic Engagement (OCICE), is motivated by the belief that meaningful partnerships, not one-sided solutions, are the foundation of Temple’s impact in North Philadelphia and beyond. As the financial architect and business manager for OCICE, Nicole works closely with colleagues across Temple to develop infrastructure and drive projects, ensuring Temple’s resources are sustainable, accountable and aligned with the university’s mission of access, engagement and impact.  

Nicole helps build the financial and operational systems and strategies that turn good intentions into lasting change that powers OCICE’s strategic priorities.

• Expanding workforce and small business opportunities through inclusive economic development

• Deepening Temple’s culture of civic engagement through collaboration, data and shared accountability.

For Nicole, success means more than numbers on a dashboard. It is creating sustainable networks of reciprocity, where Temple students, faculty, staff and neighbors learn, work and grow together.  

Nicole earned her MEd in Adult and Organizational Development from the College of Education and Human Development (2017) and her BBA in Finance and International Business Administration (2010), and she holds multiple graduate certificates. She is also an adjunct instructor in the Marketing Department at the Fox School of Business.
